2 medium-sized flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or pepper jack for extra spice)

½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

¼ cup corn, fresh or canned

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional for extra spice)

1 ripe avocado, diced

½ cup salsa (your preference—mild, medium, or hot)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, sliced red onion, sliced red bell pepper, sliced jalapeño, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.

      Assemble the Flatbreads: Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone. Drizzle a little olive oil on each flatbread and spread evenly to ensure a nice crispy base.

        Add the Salsa: Spread ¼ cup of salsa over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
