Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: extra Cajun seasoning for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Corn:

    - Start by husking the corn and removing any silk. Rinse the ears under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

      Make the Butter Mixture:

        - In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.

          Grill the Corn:

            - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

              - Place the ears of corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and have nice char marks.

                Coat with Sauce:

                  - Once grilled, remove the corn from the grill and immediately brush each ear generously with the prepared Cajun butter mixture. Ensure all sides are coated.

                    Add Cheese and Garnish:

                      - While the corn is still hot, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each ear. This will allow the cheese to melt slightly and adhere to the corn.

                        - Finish by garnishing with chopped fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Cajun seasoning if desired for added flavor and a pop of color.

                          Serve:

                            - Serve the Cajun corn hot as a side dish or appetizer. Enjoy your vibrant and flavor-packed creation!
