Turkey Skewers with Watermelon Salsa

1 lb ground turkey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

For the Watermelon Salsa:

2 cups watermelon, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 small jalapeño, deseeded and minced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Turkey Mixture:

    - In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, cumin, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

          Preheat Grill:
