Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for extra crispiness)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, even sticks (about 1/4 inch thick) for optimal crispiness.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch (if using). Toss well to ensure all fries are evenly coated.

Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding to ensure each fry gets crispy.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
