Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup water

1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 large flour tortilla

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup black beans (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Season the Beef: Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring well. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef, cooked rice, black beans (if using), and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Assemble the Burrito: Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the beef mixture down the center. Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce, then add sour cream, diced tomatoes, remaining shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.

Grill the Burrito: In the same skillet, place the burrito seam-side down over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip to the other side and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Remove the burrito from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice in half, if desired, and serve with extra nacho cheese sauce and sour cream on the side.
