1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing the strawberries thoroughly under running water. Remove the green stems and hulls, then slice them into halves or quarters. Peel the ripe banana and slice it into smaller pieces for easy blending.

    Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.

      Add Ice: Throw in the ice cubes to create a refreshing, chilled texture.
