4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free version)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cubed sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
