4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove)

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sliced green onions or chives for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
