Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup pound cake, cut into small cubes

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with powdered sugar (if using). Gently toss and let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate and release their juices.

In another bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt and whipped topping together until smooth and creamy.

Add the cubed pound cake to the yogurt mixture and fold gently until the cake is well coated.

Carefully stir in the macerated strawberries (including the juice) and mini marshmallows until evenly combined.

Once everything is mixed, carefully fold in the crushed graham crackers, saving a little for garnishing.

Chill the fluff salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to set slightly.

To serve, spoon the strawberry shortcake fluff salad into individual bowls or a large serving dish. Top with additional crushed graham crackers and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes (including chilling) | Servings: 6
