Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 10-12 crackers)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding: If using homemade vanilla pudding, prepare it according to your recipe. If using store-bought, simply whisk until smooth. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the rest.

Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be cautious not to over-whip; it should be fluffy and light.

Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined, creating a light and fluffy mixture.

Layer the Pudding: In a clear glass or individual serving bowls, start layering the ingredients. Begin with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of the creamy pudding mixture, then add a layer of sliced strawberries and bananas. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of the pudding mix on top.

Chill: Cover the glasses with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the pudding to set.

Serve: Before serving, garnish each portion with a few fresh strawberry slices, banana slices, and a sprig of mint if desired for a pop of color and freshness.
