2 lbs chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a large bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

      Prepare the Drumsticks:

        Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer everything into a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or for best results, overnight.

          Preheat the Oven:
