2 packs of instant ramen noodles (any flavor, but chicken or pork works best)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon chili oil (adjust to your spice preference)

1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional, for extra heat)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 cup baby spinach (or any leafy greens)

1 soft-boiled egg (optional for topping)

Toasted sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Ramen: Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Once done, drain the noodles and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of the cooking water.

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In the same pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

      Add the Sauces: Stir in the soy sauce, chili oil, and Sriracha (if using). Mix well, allowing the garlic to infuse the butter with flavor.

        Combine Noodles and Broth: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the garlic butter mixture, tossing to coat the noodles evenly. Gradually add some of the reserved noodle water, a little at a time, until you achieve your desired broth consistency.

          Incorporate Greens: Toss in the baby spinach, stirring until wilted and incorporated into the noodles. Remove from heat.
