For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Avocado Ranch:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap:

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the spice mixture.

      - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

        Make the Avocado Ranch:

          - In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary and set aside.

            Assemble the Wraps:

              - Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of avocado ranch on each tortilla.
