Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

3 large eggs

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Slow Cooker: Begin by greasing the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or a little bit of butter to prevent sticking.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, and eggs until fully combined and smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.

Integrate Components: Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine. Make sure there are no lumps.

Add Flour and Butter: Slowly mix in the flour and melted butter until well incorporated. The mixture will be somewhat thick.

Pour into Slow Cooker: Carefully pour the pudding mixture into the prepared slow cooker. Cover with the lid.

Cook: Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for about 4 to 5 hours. The pudding is ready when the edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.

Check and Serve: Once done, turn off the slow cooker and let it sit with the lid on for about 30 minutes, allowing it to finish setting. Serve warm with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Enjoy: Savor the rich flavors of this homemade pumpkin pie pudding, perfect for cozy evenings or holiday gatherings!
