4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pork Chops: Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Sear the Pork Chops: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined and the cheese has melted. Allow to simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

          Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
