Ingredients
  

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 lemon, sliced

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

      Place the salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets, reserving some for drizzling later.

        On one side of the salmon, arrange the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

          Place lemon slices over the salmon fillets and around the vegetables for extra flavor and garnish.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the veggies are tender.

              Once done, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the salmon and vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
