1.5 lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 bell peppers (any colors), sliced

1 medium red onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Warm tortillas (for serving)

Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Chicken and Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic.

      Season the Mixture: Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice to the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything until well-coated with the spices and oil.

        Arrange on Sheet Pan: Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Stir halfway through baking for even cooking.
