4 large cloves of garlic

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

¼ cup walnuts, toasted (for garnish)

Roast the Garlic: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are soft and fragrant. Let them cool before peeling.
