Ingredients
  

8 oz. udon noodles (or any preferred noodle)

1 lb. ground pork (or chicken, tofu for vegetarian)

1 cup finely chopped cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp water

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles:

    - In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the udon noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Filling:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

          - In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Add this mixture to the meat and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.

            Cook the Potsticker Filling:

              - Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Add the filling mixture and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

                - Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

                  Assemble the Bowls:

                    - Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls. Top each bowl with the potsticker filling mixture.

                      Garnish and Serve:

                        - Drizzle a little more soy sauce or sesame oil on top if desired. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious potsticker noodle bowls!
