Ingredients

1 lb Steak (flank or sirloin, thinly sliced)

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 medium Onion (sliced)

1 medium Green Bell Pepper (sliced)

1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)

4 cups Frozen Tater Tot

2 cups Provolone Cheese (shredded)

1 cup Beef Broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté until browned and cooked through (about 4-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until softened (about 5-7 minutes).

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Mix well.

Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spread half of the frozen tater tots evenly at the bottom. Pour the steak and vegetable mixture over the tots. Sprinkle half of the shredded provolone cheese on top. Layer the remaining tater tots over the cheese, then top with the remaining provolone cheese.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
