Ingredients

1 pound elbow macaroni

4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, cubed

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup butter, melted

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Mix the Cheese Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cubed cream cheese. Pour in the evaporated milk and whole milk. Stir until the cheeses and milk are well mixed.

Combine Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add this mixture to the cheese sauce and stir until fully combined.

Layer the Macaroni: In a greased crockpot, pour half of the cooked macaroni. Layer half of the cheese sauce over it. Repeat the process with the remaining macaroni and cheese sauce.

Add Toppings: If you like a crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top layer of cheese.

Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the cheese is bubbly and the mac and cheese is heated through.

Serve: Once done, serve hot. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness straight from the crockpot!
