4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.

    Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will infuse your pork chops with incredible flavor.

      Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Rub the olive oil on both sides of each chop, then season generously with salt and pepper.
