1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup coleslaw mix

1/4 cup ranch dressing

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake the Chicken: Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before shredding it with two forks.

      Buffalo Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce.

        Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking tray. Spoon a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bottom bun. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

          Melt the Cheese: Bake the sliders in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

            Prepare Coleslaw: In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and ranch dressing. Toss until the coleslaw is well coated.

              Finish the Sliders: Once the sliders are out of the oven, add a spoonful of the ranch coleslaw on top of each buffalo chicken portion. Place the top half of the slider bun on each slider.

                Garnish: For added flavor and color, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top. Serve warm.
