1 cup dried figs, stems removed and roughly chopped

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond butter (or your choice of nut butter)

½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds work great)

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
