Mini Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bombs

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or butter, for greasing

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter to prepare for the biscuit bombs.

    Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.

      Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Take one biscuit and flatten it into a circle (about 4 inches in diameter) using your hands or a rolling pin.

        Assemble Bombs: Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the center of the flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the filling inside. Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.

          Place in Muffin Tin: Carefully place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down into the prepared muffin tin. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
