Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)

4 large pita breads or wraps (whole wheat or regular)

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: If you're using cooked chicken, simply shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces. If grilling, season with salt, pepper, and oregano before grilling and cook until fully cooked and golden. Allow it to cool slightly before using.

    Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, mixed greens, feta cheese, and parsley. Drizzle 1/2 cup of tzatziki sauce over the mixture and gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the pita breads or wraps on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken filling onto the center of each wrap, leaving some space around the edges.
