Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Optional for garnish: chocolate shavings or additional mini marshmallows

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust. Set aside.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and continue to beat. Add vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.

Incorporate Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Ensure not to deflate the whipped cream for a fluffy texture.

Add Marshmallow Elements: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and marshmallow fluff into the cheesecake mixture until just distributed.

Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set (preferably overnight for the best texture).

Garnish and Serve: Once set, release the cheesecake from the springform pan. Optionally, decorate the top with chocolate shavings or additional mini marshmallows for an extra touch. Slice and serve chilled.
