Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup beef broth

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Optional: Additional cheese for topping

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from the skillet and drain excess fat.

Sauté the Bacon: In the same skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon pieces and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the skillet with the bacon drippings, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.

Blend in the Cheese: Gradually add the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese while stirring. Allow the sauce to thicken, cooking for about 3-5 minutes. If it becomes too thick, add a bit more beef broth to reach your desired consistency.

Combine: Add the cooked ground beef, crispy bacon, and pasta to the sauce. Gently toss until everything is well coated. If desired, fold in halved cherry tomatoes for freshness.

Serve: Transfer the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta to serving plates. Top with additional cheese and sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish.

Enjoy: Serve warm and relish the indulgent flavors of this fusion dish!
