Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 strips of bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional: Ketchup and mustard for drizzling

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Add the drained fettuccine and cooked bacon into the skillet. Toss everything together gently until the pasta is well coated with the Alfredo sauce and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Serve: Plate the loaded pasta and garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped green onions. For an extra touch, drizzle with ketchup and mustard, if desired.
