Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, chopped

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Burger toppings (lightly sautéed mushrooms, pickles, and additional cheese) if desired

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

      Cook the Bacon:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.

          Sauté the Beef:

            - In the same skillet, add the ground beef and onion. Cook over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease if necessary.

              Add Garlic:

                - Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and onion. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

                  Make the Alfredo Sauce:

                    - Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

                      - Gradually add the cheddar and Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                        Combine Everything:

                          - Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy cheese sauce. Gently fold in the crispy bacon and cherry tomatoes, if using.

                            Serve:

                              - Spoon the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta onto plates. Top with your choice of burger toppings like sautéed mushrooms or pickles. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.

Enjoy your creamy and indulgent Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta!
