2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded or diced

4 cups mixed salad greens (baby spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

1 lime, juiced (plus zest for garnish)

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
