4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme)

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1/2 lemon
