1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

For the Bowls:

2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

Sesame seeds for garnish

Extra green onions for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, beaten egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

      Form Meatballs: Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

        Bake the Meatballs: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
