8 chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 lemon, sliced

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    Prepare the herb butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well until fully combined into a herb-infused butter.

      Prep the drumsticks: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to ensure they roast properly. This helps to achieve a crispy skin.

        Apply the herb butter: Using your hands or a brush, generously coat each drumstick with the herb butter mixture. Make sure to get under the skin for maximum flavor.
