Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup Greek yogurt or mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Optional: a splash of balsamic reduction for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and sea salt to create a glaze.

Brush and Grill: Brush the cut side of each peach half with the glaze. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, or until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened.

Flip and Glaze: Carefully flip the peaches over and brush the skin side with more of the honey mixture. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

Serve: Remove the peaches from the grill. On each plate, place a grilled peach half, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or mascarpone cheese on top, then sprinkle with granola.

Finish with Flair: Drizzle with balsamic reduction if using and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a dessert or a sweet appetizer!
