½ cup milk

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

1 cup of cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still bright green. Remove from heat and let cool.
