1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help caramelize the cauliflower for a delicious flavor.

    Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Make sure all the florets are well-coated in the oil and seasonings.
