12 oz penne pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the diced chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

        Make Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.

          Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, the chicken and sauce mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is well-coated.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.

              Top with Cheeses: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and the remaining ½ cup of Parmesan cheese on top.

                Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
