Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well until all seasonings are incorporated.

Form Small Patties: Divide the beef mixture into approximately 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, making sure they’re slightly smaller than the size of the crescent roll triangles.

Make the Filling: Place a patty on each triangle of crescent roll dough. Top each patty with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Wrap the Bombs: Carefully fold each triangle of dough over the beef and cheese, pinching the edges together to seal them tightly. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, melt the butter. Brush the tops of each burger bomb with the melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, like ketchup or a garlic aioli, for an extra punch of flavor.
