Ingredients

4 fresh ears of corn, husked

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).

Prep the Corn: Husk the corn and remove all silk. You can break the corn in half if you prefer smaller pieces for serving.

Coat Corn with Butter: Using a brush or your hands, generously coat each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to get the mixture into the grooves for maximum flavor.

Grill the Corn: Place the buttered corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning the corn every few minutes until all sides are nicely charred and cooked through.

Serve: Once roasted to perfection, remove the corn from the grill. Drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the top. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges on the side for that zesty kick.

Enjoy: Bite into your delicious Garlic Butter Grilled Corn, savoring the combination of flavors and smokiness!
