Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1 cup granola (preferably a mix with nuts and seeds)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (dark or milk, your choice)

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: fresh fruit (like berries) for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.

Add Crunch Elements: Gently fold in the granola, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed without breaking the granola too much.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about an inch apart to allow for spreading.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and serve immediately as a delightful frozen treat. You can also store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. If desired, garnish with fresh berries before serving.
