Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice of flavor)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of sea salt

Mini muffin tin or silicone cup molds

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Layer with Granola: In a mini muffin tin or silicone cup molds, add a spoonful of granola to the bottom of each cup, pressing it gently to create a firm base.

Add the Yogurt Mixture: Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola layer in each cup, filling them about ¾ full. Use a spatula to smooth out the top.

Top with Berries and Nuts: Gently press mixed berries and chopped nuts on top of the yogurt layer in each cup for added texture and flavor. Add more granola if desired for an extra crunch.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer. Allow the cups to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the molds. If using a muffin tin, you may need to run warm water on the outside for a few seconds to help release them.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to two weeks. These cups are perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack!
