Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (your choice)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare Blueberries: Rinse the blueberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Incorporate Granola and Cinnamon: Add the granola and cinnamon to the yogurt mixture. Fold gently until the granola is evenly coated with the yogurt. If using, mix in the mini chocolate chips.

Layer the Clusters: Take a silicone muffin tray or ice cube tray and spoon a small amount of the yogurt mixture into each cavity, filling about halfway. Then, add 3-4 blueberries on top of each yogurt layer. Repeat this process until all the mixture and blueberries are used, topping each cluster with a few more blueberries.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the clusters are fully frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully pop the clusters out of the tray. You can serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Enjoy: Treat yourself to these delightful, frozen yogurt blueberry muffin clusters as a refreshing snack or a healthy dessert!
