2 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for garnish

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into ½-inch thick coins. Arrange the coins in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Mix until well blended.
