Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

½ cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Wooden popsicle sticks or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into thick pieces, about 1-inch thick. Alternatively, you can use whole bananas depending on your mold size.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.

Add Nuts and Chocolate: Fold in the chopped mixed nuts and mini chocolate chips if using. This will give your pops a delightful crunch and enhance the flavor.

Assemble Pops: If using silicone molds, place a few banana pieces in the bottom of each mold, then pour the yogurt mixture over them, filling up each mold. If using wooden sticks, place a banana slice at the bottom of each stick in a cup and then spoon the yogurt mixture around it, ensuring the banana is covered.

Insert Sticks: If not using silicone molds, insert the popsicle sticks into the banana slices.

Freeze: Place the molds (or cups) in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds. If you're having trouble removing them, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Frozen Yogurt Banana Nut Pops!
