4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

A pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon: If using fresh watermelon, cut it into cubes, remove seeds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. If using pre-frozen watermelon, ensure it’s sliced and ready.

    Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and coconut water. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

      Blend Until Smooth: Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture is smooth and slushy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well mixed.

        Adjust Consistency: If the slush is too thick, add a little more coconut water—blend again until you reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, add more frozen watermelon to thicken.

          Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more honey/agave or lime juice as preferred.
