Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press Into a Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish to form the crust.

Make the Chocolate Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well incorporated.

Add Marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows into the chocolate mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.

Layer it Up: Pour the chocolate-marshmallow mixture over the crust, spreading it out evenly. Use a spatula to ensure the top is smooth.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serve: Once set, lift the bars out of the dish by pulling on the parchment paper. Cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Garnish (optional): For an extra special touch, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs and extra mini marshmallows on top before serving.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, perfect for a quick treat!
