Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond slices (optional for topping)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Raspberries: If using fresh raspberries, gently rinse and dry them. For frozen raspberries, let them defrost slightly until they can be easily handled.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth. Adjust sweetness according to your taste.

Coat the Raspberries: Dip each raspberry into the yogurt mixture with a fork, making sure they are well-coated. Allow any excess yogurt to drip off.

Arrange for Freezing: Place the coated raspberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch each other. If desired, sprinkle almond slices over some of the yogurt-covered raspberries for added crunch.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 2 hours or until the yogurt has hardened completely.

Add a Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): While the clusters are freezing, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Once the raspberry yogurt clusters are fully frozen, drizzle the melted chocolate over them using a spoon or piping bag for a decorative touch.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the clusters from the freezer and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
