Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)

Zest of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional toppings: fresh berries, shredded coconut, or crushed graham crackers

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave), fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Taste and Adjust: Give the mixture a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little more honey or agave syrup to your liking.

Pour into Molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish. If using a baking dish, you can cut them into bars later. Tap the molds or dish gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Freeze: Cover the molds or dish with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.

Remove from Molds: Once frozen, if using silicone molds, gently pull the bars out. If using a baking dish, let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before cutting into bars using a sharp knife.

Add Toppings: Optional but recommended! If desired, top your frozen yogurt bars with fresh berries, a sprinkle of shredded coconut, or crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately for a refreshing treat or keep the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 8 bars
