Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit overhang for easy removal.

Mix Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), and sea salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough.

Press the Base: Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish. Use your fingers or a spatula to press it evenly into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.

Layer the Raspberries: Distribute the fresh raspberries evenly over the crust. If you're using frozen raspberries, be sure they are not clumping together too much.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the raspberries are soft and bubbly.

Cool and Slice: Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack. Once cool, slice into squares or bars.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve your raspberry bars at room temperature or chilled. They make a delightful treat for any occasion!
